The Belmont is a mixed-use building located at SE 38th and SE Belmont Street in Portland, Oregon. The building will consist of retail and parking on the lower level and condominium units on the two upper levels.

The condos are a variety of sizes ranging from a small 650 SF one-bedroom/one-bath unit to a large 1100 SF two-bedroom/two-bath that includes a small balcony. All units have full height windows in the living and kitchen spaces.

The project was being designed to utilize a variety of green building products and methods. Green roofs will be provided on the two levels of the building. All units will have operable windows to improve natural ventilation throughout the building and hydronic heating will be utilized throughout the building.
