Livermore Associates provided building design services for the Cascade Material Recovery Facility. The approximatley 80,000 square foot building includes tipping floor areas, pits and foundations for material sorting and handling equipment, a bale storage area, loading docks, and public and employee facilities.

The building is of pre-engineered metal building construction with steel framed elevated office floor levels. A 17'-0" high concrete retaining wall separates the Material Recovery area from storage and dock areas.

Two separate vendors provided equipment lines for sorting and packaging materials. Livermore Associates maintained the master equipment drawing for the project.
