The Japanese “Yakiniku” Ginya Restaurant feature state-of-the-art smokless grills at every table, providing diners with the rare opportunity to cook their own meals at the table. Each grill is equipped with a fan hidden beneatch the table, pulling the fumes down into the cooker rather than out into the restaurant. Seating accomodates both large and small groups.

Located in Portland’s Hawthorne District, the 2,200 square foot restaurant was converted from a dry cleaning facility. Th build-out includes a dining room that accomodates 50 diners, a commercial kitchen, and toilet room facilities. The design incorporates modern colors, furniture, and detailing.
