Livermore Associates provided building design services for the IMEX Toner Manufacturing Facility. The approximately 23,000 square foot building includes a 4,000 square foot office area, 9,000 square foot manufacturing area and 10,000 square foot warehouse/employee services area. The facility was designed to accommodate a future expansion of approximately 15,000 square feet.

Building structure is tilt-up concrete bearing walls with a steel beam and steel joist roof structure. Full-height concrete wall panels supported by interior steel framing enclose the 52'- 0" high manufacturing area. The manufacturing area volume is required to enclose toner manufacturing equipment supported on elevated platforms.

Office area includes an open office area, private offices for managers, quality control room, conference and greeting room, toilet rooms and reception area with clerestory lighting. A visitor drop-off area covered by a steel canopy is provided at the building entry.
