Sanyo Solar of Oregon is a 130,000 square foot silicon ingot Manufacturing Facility in Salem, Oregon.

The Project is the initial development in a renewable energy park located on Gaffin Road in Salem.

The 20-acre building site will allow a future building expansion of the same approximate size as the initial structure. The current building includes four distinct areas-a 13,000 square foot office area, a 26,000 square foot ingot pulling area (with 18,000 square foot equipment platform), a utility support area and an approximately 80,000 square foot production/warehouse area. Tanks and equipment will be installed both at the interior of the building and in the surrounding exterior areas.

The building is of tilt-up concrete wall construction with a steel roof structure. Solar panels will be installed on the roof of a portion of the building.
